Shipping Information & Policies
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Orders are usually shipped out within one to three business days from when you submit your order if the items are in stock. Allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. Most of our items are custom made and not always in stock. Orders placed for items not in stock will be backordered and filled in the order they were received. Allow 4 weeks for backordered items. If this is for a special occasion, PLEASE call ahead of time.
We are not responsible for any errors, whether in pricing or listing descriptions. We work to keep our site up to date, but in the event an item is sold out or out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel any submitted order, or properly adjust the price of any given order.
Shipping: We ship most continental U.S. orders by U.S.P.S. ground. International orders are shipped either by First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International Standard (1-2 weeks for delivery). International orders need to email with the order so shipping amounts can be figured. When you enter the shipping information on your order, please be sure to check it for accuracy. Occasionally, our shipping courier cannot locate an address due to incorrect information.
Additional shipping charges may be required for heavy items or large orders. Notification will be sent via email. Orders will be shipped after additional postage is paid.
We use the shopping cart method, or you can call or email us an order. Tax is charged to Iowa residents only. If you would like to know the exact shipping charges for a check or money order payment, please email us @ email@example.com For check payments, orders will be held until the check clears. If a check fails to clear, the customer will be charged $25.00.
International orders: All orders must be paid for in U.S. dollars. There will be additional handling charges for international orders to cover paperwork for customs, please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
